Responses Tab

Use the Responses tab on the Account, Contact or Lead Detail Views to see contact and lead responses. Responses keep track of interactions with a contact or lead. You can also add or edit response information.

The Marketing tab displays the following response information:

How Do I?

View response for the current record
Add a response
Edit a response

Delete a response
